Who We Are:

Burleigh Lakes Real Estate is a boutique style office specialising in property management. The working partners, Rob Domican and Shelly McIntyre, have managed residential and some commercial property in both Brisbane and the Gold Coast since 1999.

Previously, Shelley was involved in commercial property managment in Wellington, New Zealand, and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Diploma in Property Management. Rob was a senior government official involved in numerous organizational reviews and part of his portfolio was the organizations property, both leased and owned in New Zealand and overseas.

Your investment is our foremost concern. Our goal is to manage your property as though it were our own, through among other things, careful selection of tenants, attending to any problems promptly ourselves and keeping you informed. We have a high standard of ethics and we do not take any backhanders. Our legacy of happy owners is testament to this.

Unlike many real estate agencies who consider property management an adjunct to sales, we specialise in property management. This is our focus. We pride ourselves on individual, professional and superior management service. We place great importance on developing excellent relationships with owners and tenants and it is for this reason that we have both owners and tenants willing to provide testimony to our service.
