The Property Management Computer System utilizes specialized industry software that provides a very good and detailed reporting system. Funds are electronically transferred at the end of the month to the owner's accounts or other arrangements as required.
The Property Management software used provides a comprehensive management tool for all administrative functions relating to the management of property.

A comprehensive tenant screening and selection criteria that incorporates verbal and written reference checking. We also subscribe to a comprehensive tenant database, providing us access to instant online checking facilities.
Property Inspections:
Prior to the
leasing of any property, a video of that property is made using digital
camera equipment. A copy of this is provided to both the tenant and the owner and acts as a comprehensive visual adjunct to the written condition report, as well as a visual record for the owner.
Regular scheduled inspections are carried out throughout the tenancy.
A detailed final inspection is done on completion of the tenancy.
Our owners are kept well informed and in total control.
